[OOC] Mind Reading Info/Permissions

AS A WORD OF REASSURANCE, BY DEFAULT I'M NOT PLAYING MINT AS OVERHEARING EVERY THOUGHT OCCURRING IN DIFFERENT THREADS SHE ISN'T INVOLVED IN, EVEN IF SHE COULD HEAR THEM! I may occasionally play with the ol' "she's overwhelmed by hearing too many thoughts at once" on the basis of keeping it vague, that there were just too many thoughts to make out anything she heard.
I am also blanket-assuming Mint hearing your character's thoughts during a shared thread involving one another is generally fine since either a) you would have to be supplying me any thoughts in our thread in the first place or b) you have indicated in your permissions/squicks that this kind of thing is NG and I've already taken that into consideration. Or c) I've played with most of you before and I have an idea on the vibe.
—THAT SAID, SURELY SOME THINGS ARE CASE-BY-CASE, AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT I'LL STILL CHECK IN TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING'S COOL! Like, "sup, in the action brackets of our thread you emphasize how much your character regrets stealing candy from that baby, and i just need to check and make sure that it's okay for mint to have heard that confession... not okay? sure thing!"
One more thing: if your character is [power sensitive in some manner or another] they probably can't tell that Mint is reading their mind since she isn't ACTIVELY probing, she's just "overhearing" their thoughts. That said, if their power/sensitivity extends to sensing her passive ability's existence, it's naturally cool with me!
So my questions for YOU:
1. If it'd be funny you are always welcome to tell me to have Mint pop-up in your thread and judge/react to someone for their thoughts. Assuming all involved parties are cool with it of course, etc. Alternatively, she can pop up even if it's not funny, but I like the rule of funny. This isn't a question, but you're free to tell me how much you like or dislike the idea of this ever happening.
2. If you happen to be cool with the implication that Mint occasionally overhears your character's thoughts offscreen, feel free to tell me about what is usually on your character's mind! If there's a theme, thoughts that come up frequently that you'd love the idea of someone knowing, or anything they usually think about. THIS IS JUST FOR FUN, NO PRESSURE TO COMPLY AT ALL, ACTUAL THREADS ARE ALWAYS MORE FUN, but it's here as an option. Mostly so if I tag you Mint can be like "ah yes this weirdo" in advance.
3. LET ME KNOW OF ANY CONCERNS OR LIMITS OR IF YOU WANT ABSOLUTELY ZERO MIND READING, ACTUALLY!! Especially if it's not noted in your permissions or squicks, we can reason that Mint just can't hear their thoughts, thus further encouraging any "head empty" jokes- (I say this fondly.) Also maybe your character CAN'T have their thoughts read at all, let me know that, too!
ANYWAY, I'm very into going with the flow and having fun, and I value everyone's comfort more than anything. Always let me know if something stops being fun and I'll do everything in my power to stop or reroute it.
